International Reach:

We currently ship orders only within India and do not offer international delivery.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday)
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (IST, GMT+05:30) from Monday to Saturday will be processed the same day.
Delivery time depends on the shipping location, All orders will be delivered within 4-7 business days.

Shipping Charges:

For India Orders:

We offer Standard Shipping with a transit time of 4–7 business days.
We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no shipping fees or hidden charges.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays

Classic Caps is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service for resolution.
