We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

Exchanges are available for size, color, or style of equal value.

Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

A return shipping fee of ₹150 applies for exchanges that are not due to damage or defect.

2. Returns (Defective or Damaged Items Only)

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.

3. Refunds (Defective or Damaged Items Only)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.

4. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is usually free.

For exchanges or returns not related to defects or damage, a ₹150 return-shipping fee applies.
